Free advice, training and support for Winchester district residents, funded by Winchester City Council

Have you noticed how everything seems to be going online? Doctor’s surgeries, banks, retailers,
even talking to your friends and family, everyone expects us all to have adjusted to the ‘digital
age’. For some that just isn’t the case, and around 16% of the UK population are unable to use
a laptop, tablet or smartphone without assistance.

If you would like to know more about digital and how it can actually make things easier, we are
here to help with:

  • Friendly and informal sessions designed to build your confidence, knowledge and skills
  • Practical, hands on advice and support
  • One to one sessions (at a location of your choice) or join a group workshop in your area
  • Loan laptop*
  • Remote Wi-Fi available if required
  • Progression courses, including Microsoft Office

WorkAdvisor working in partnership with Winchester County Council

*Loan laptop for duration of course, minimum two attended sessions, usage policies apply.
